| Laura Vartanian, Owner Laura Vartanian, Owner of Downtown Designs, is a new community member to Appleton, Wisconsin, recently moving from the Milwaukee area. She currently works in the field of Human Resources full-time and is now getting her feet wet as an entrepreneur. Laura has two children, Russell and Sara, and is an avid animal advocate. Laura is also a featured artist in the store with her beautiful hand-painted glassware. |
| Sara Mahn, Manager and Buyer Sara Mahn, Downtown Designs' Manager and Buyer has been a Fox Valley community member since 2001. After meeting her husband, a Kaukauna resident, she decided to settle in the Appleton area. They have recently welcomed their first child and look forward to enjoying the many family-friendly events in Appleton. Sara also looks forward to becoming an active community member through volunteer work and committees. In addition, she has always had a niche for the arts and is looking for a new medium that she can contribute to the store herself. |
